What shipping options do you offer?
The shipping options we offer are: US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, 2nd Business Day, and Overnight (if available in your area). While checking out, you will have the chance to review your shipping options prior to entering credit card information.
Do you ship internationally?
Bayou City Knives, Inc. is pleased to offer shipping to most international destinations. When entering the shipping address select the appropriate country from the drop down provided. Refer to the country drop down for the list of the countries available to send shipments. All shipments with in the United States and all other countries are shipped using USPS Priority International Mail and ships via the U.S. Post Office to most countries in 6-12 business days. It can take as long as 14-21 business days for delivery, depending on time spent in customs. There is no tracking number available on the shipments sent by USPS Priority Mail. P.O. boxes are accepted as valid shipping addresses.
What are the time-frames for delivery?
While checking out online you will choose your shipping method prior to entering credit card information. Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days. 2nd Business Day is delivered on the 2nd business day after the order has been placed (if placed before 12 p.m. Central Time). Next Business Day is delivered on the next business day (if placed before 12 p.m. Central Time). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order for Standard Ground orders. Note: Weekends and holidays (e.g. December 24, 25, or January 1) are not counted as business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and check the status of your order under “Track Order (Order History)”. You can also track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the email we would have sent you the day your order was shipped.

RETURNS
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Call or e-mail us to receive authorization. There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must include all the original packaging and documents. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not a warranty return location but we will be glad to help you get in contact with the manufacturer to discuss your warranty. We will be glad to help you get a replacement for the first 30 days after invoice date on a defective product.
Mis-ship or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
Refusal of Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Bayou City Knives, Inc.
Return process
Bayou City Knives accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package with prior authorization. We will gladly credit the original credit card for items returned in new, unused condition minus a 20% Restocking Fee. Please visit our return merchandise page for complete details.
How do I modify my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot modify your order once it has been placed. Make sure you review the items in your cart prior to submitting your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled if you are notified of a back order and you contact us within 24 hours of the time the email was sent to you. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for those orders cancelled before shipment. Special Order and Limited Production items may not be cancelled for any reason.

How do I place an order?
If you are a new customer to Bayou City Knives, you may begin shopping by finding an item that you wish to purchase and simply click on the button below the item that says “add to cart,” this will add the item to your cart. You may continue shopping and adding items to your shopping cart. Once you are finished adding the item(s) you wish to purchase, begin the checkout process by clicking on the Checkout button located next to your shopping cart. This will walk you through the entire checkout process and you will receive the order confirmation/receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bayou City Knives accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. International shipments can be completed during the checkout process (except for over-sized items or those that ship separately).
Does Bayou City Knives charge sales tax?
Texas residence pay sales tax of 8.25%(Harris County,Houston). All other US States are tax exempt. International shipments may require additional fees. all international fee will be paid in U.S. currency.

What type of warranty/money back guarantee do you offer?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bayou City Knives. If you’re not happy with any item, simply return it within 30 days in the original packaging with prior authorization for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee or credit of the product purchase price.
